Missoula's transit agency Mountain Line is considering how to best capitalize on the surge of ridership that has followed the implementation of fare-free service.
In 2016, Jarrett Walker + Associates was retained by the Missoula Urban Transportation District to assist in the development of the agency’s Long Range Strategic Plan.
