In late 2015, Jarrett Walker + Associates was retained by the City of Raleigh to conduct an analysis of the City’s downtown circulator route, the R-Line. JWA provided an assessment of the existing service, as well as a survey of changes to the circulator that might be considered in the future in light of future plans, particularly the Wake County Transit Investment Strategy.
