In 2015, the City of Redmond hired JWA to lead its city staff and stakeholders through the development of a set of local transit plans modeled on previous assistance JWA provided to the neighboring City of Bellevue. JWA’s work on this projected involved:
- Leading a staff workshop to develop 9 network scenarios for 3 time steps and 3 funding levels.
- Refining these scenarios, documenting using maps and cost estimates.
- Providing narrative language and advice on methods of communicating the tradeoffs, advantages and disadvantages of each scenario.
