Catherine Ogren

Catherine Ogren brings more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience to
Jarrett Walker + Associates, including previous roles as Controller and Interim CFO. Her
background spans a diverse range of industries, where she has guided organizations through
significant growth, managed complex financial operations, and implemented systems to improve
efficiency and accountability.

Since joining JWA in 2025, Catherine has overseen the firm’s financial and human resources
operations, including accounting, financial reporting, payroll, employee benefits, and regulatory
compliance. She enjoys solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and developing
practical solutions that help organizations run smoothly and allow others to focus on what they
do best.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, whether hiking a favorite
trail like Wahclella Falls or discovering Portland by e-bike. When she’s closer to home, she
enjoys gardening, sewing, and curling up with a good British cozy mystery.
