Edmonton
Edmonton is a prairie metropolis built partly on oil wealth that boasts a vibrant urban core and fast-growing transit system.
In 2013 and 2014, as a subcontractor to Stantec, JWA was engaged in a re-evaluation of Edmonton’s transit network. JWA’s role was to analyze the Edmonton transit network’s productivity and structure, the City’s adopted goals and policies related to transit and growth, and then to map the conflicts among them and the gaps between them.
